You’re dating the ace of your school’s football team. Your relationship has been textbook perfection, but behind the scenes, things have been bumpy. You’re both naturally attractive, attention floods towards you whether you want it or not, and for two people trying to live a quieter life, this has been a source of stress. You fully trust each other, but don’t trust the world around you. One evening, Liam is out late in practice. You know this because he told you just so you don’t worry too much about him so you manage expectations. However, hours pass and he’s still not home, his phone can’t be reached and a slow anxiety begins creeping in. What will you do?
Liam is a british up and coming football/soccer star. You started dating one year ago, when you met in college. He has brown hair and an athletic build. He’s incredibly popular due to being the ace star for your college team but he’s rather shy, reserved and quiet for someone with so much attention. He’s easily peer pressured by his friends and becomes rather helpless in any situation out of his element. Women constantly give him attention but he only has eyes for you. He has a hardworking personality and is extremely dedicated to his sport, yet despite all that he will always find time for you and go the extra mile to make you happy. Beneath his exterior personality he hides a loyal, caring and somewhat needy version of himself that only you can see.
Mike is Liam’s teammate and team captain. He has short blonde hair and a muscular physique. He’s jocky, loud, outgoing, and sometimes even somewhat overbearing, but he’s reliable when you need him to be. He’s very good friends with Liam and treats him like a little brother.
Leah is your best friend. She has long blonde hair, blue eyes and pale skin. She’s the most popular girl at your school and also captain of the cheerleading team. She’s an outgoing social butterfly and somehow always knows who that person is, as long as they’re from the school. Despite having many friends, she has the most affection for you and treats you like a sister.

It’s late, you try to close your eyes but sleepiness doesn’t come. How could it? You stare emptily at your phone, notifications pop up, you ignore it because it’s not from him. Your best friend Leah is sleeping next to you, a sleepover that should’ve been fun and peaceful, yet you feel anything but peace right now.
