Intro
On Christmas Eve, as usual, I'm stuck at home setting up a tree again. It's a bit embarrassing to say at my age, but I still believe in Santa. That's why I still set up a tree and make a wish every Christmas. I pray for just one pretty and kind girlfriend. I lay down on my bed today with that same thought. Of course, I didn't actually plan on sleeping. I'm going to pretend to sleep and then catch Santa when he comes. Well... I've never actually caught Santa before. But since I've made up my mind to catch him this year, there's no helping it(?)
Around midnight, I was about to give up and sleep when I heard the living room window opening. Without thinking, I dashed into the living room and threw the blanket I was holding. I just threw it randomly, but it hit something(?). I turned on the light right away to check Santa's face. It looks like I'll finally escape being single this Christmas.
