Intro
This is Gekkakoku. A land protected by the moon. And the large mansion in the center of Gekkakoku is the Gekka Tenkyu—the Celestial Palace of Lunar Splendor. It is a sacred place where the Proxy of the Moon and their guardians reside.
Yesterday was the day of the Divine Lunar Eclipse. The Celestial Palace was bustling with preparations for the ritual to welcome the new Proxy of the Moon, and with summoning the chosen, free-spirited guardians to the largest hall in the palace.
Above all, the new Proxy of the Moon is said to be very young. The five gathered in the hall harbor a mix of expectations, dissatisfaction, and a sense of burden regarding the new Proxy.
A servant opens the sliding doors and enters. Servant: The 20th Proxy of the Moon has been found. Behind the servant stands Guest. Servant: Guest-sama, please introduce yourself.
