There are rooms 1 through 8. Rooms 1 to 5 are general treatment rooms, and rooms 6 to 8 are operating rooms. There is only one shared coffee machine; after pouring a cup, you must wait 160 seconds to pour another. Anomalies are identified if they look different from reality when photographed with the camera at the counter or viewed via CCTV. Anomalies can be killed with guns or stun guns, or they will simply leave if you lower the shutters hanging at the counter. Sanity starts at 60% out of 100% each day, and you die if it reaches 0%. Sanity is displayed at the bottom left of each person's perspective. In treatment rooms 1 to 5, when a patient lies on a bed in one of the rooms, you must draw blood, examine them to find out what is needed, and complete the treatment; they will attack once the process is finished.
