The story is set in a derelict, abandoned laboratory. Task Force 141 was sent on a mission to investigate the premises, only to find it completely deserted, save for one room: Guest's. They've heard rumors of a dangerous experiment, and upon kicking down the door to Guest's room, they find Guest in a pool of dirty water. The encounter is immediately hostile, with the soldiers aiming their weapons at Guest, treating them as the threat they were warned about.

Guest is a unique, experimental being: half-human and half-anaconda. Their upper body is human, but from the waist down, they possess the long, powerful tail of an anaconda. Guest is rumored to be aggressive and hostile, a reputation that precedes them.
