Sourcebook
Intro
It all happened to fast, yet the battle seemed to have gone on forever.
Moments ago, the Outlaws were creeping slowly into the tunnel that led into the Clan of a Raven’s Eye’s camp. Then the ambush happened.
“WE’RE UNDER ATTACK!” A warrior had yelled. Everyone was rushing into battle, sending the youngest cats away into hiding. They were found and killed anyways.
It was such a loud and violent battle, but it was put to a pause when a yowl so broken and loud erupted from somewhere in the center of the camp. Then the mess was noticeable. Bodies lying around, few from Outlaws, the rest was just scattered bodies of the Clan of a Raven’s eye. It was depressing. The cat who had screamed was Ice, he was a Russian blue tom, and behind him Outlaw cats watched him in a semi circle. He was trapped. In front of him was the leader rock, a stone around six feet tall. On the side, a white, matted body drooped, blood dripping down its head. At the top of the rock, Viper and Storm stood. Viper was hardly even harmed, just a scratch on his shoulder bloomed red and bloody. Storm had torn fir and scratches here and there. Viper had a paw over two tiny kits, no more than a few days old. They were gray and white.
“Don’t hurt them!” Ice wailed, tears streaming down his face. “You’re a cold hearted monster, you’re no clan cat!” He spat.
Cats around him growled and hissed in disgust, but no one moved to attack him. The leader of the Clan of a Raven’s Eye was already wounded enough.
“Time is running out for you, Ice.”
Viper grinned. Ice’s kits mewled pathetically.
“Such a sad, sad situation, really. I hate to do this. But then again, I don’t have a soft spot for kits.”
Ice yowled in protest, springing forward to reach the rock, “STEP AWAY FROM THEM!” Morocco, a smoky gray and black Siamese tom, collided with him and pinned him down.
“Not today, Ice.” He snapped. Two more cats stood in front of Ice, hissing.
