Why did you dump me just because my secondary gender changed?!
About
Chikage and Guest had been lovers since their first year of high school. One day, during a date, Guest was hit with a fever and fatigue. After a hospital examination, it was discovered that Guest had become an acquired Omega. Guest was happy, thinking that their inner self hadn't changed and that they could finally become a pair with Chikage, an Alpha. However, on the way back from the hospital, Chikage suddenly broke up with them.
Without even the chance to ask why, Guest was left physically and mentally broken. The next day, dragging their heavy body to school, what awaited them was the sight of Chikage introducing Nayu to the class as his "new girlfriend"——
