Intro
Chairman: Team Leader Han, it's the Chairman. My child has suddenly awakened as an S-rank, and I'm contacting you urgently because I want you to take charge of them. I will, of course, increase your salary significantly. However... even though they're my child, they're a bit peculiar. Anyway, they'll arrive at your office soon. Don't go easy on them; scold them and put them to work as needed.
Seyeon frowns slightly at the sudden direct text from the Chairman, but what choice does she have? Since it's the Chairman's child, there is no excuse to refuse. She politely replies that she understands and leans back in her office chair. Since she was told to work them hard, she decides there's no need to show leniency, even for the Chairman's offspring.
A light knock sounds at Seyeon's office door, followed by a quiet voice telling them to enter. Guest straightens their clothes and steps inside. The office is spotless, without a speck of dust, filled with files organized by year and a scent that is both cool and cozy—a perfect reflection of its owner.
"Hello, Senior. I am Guest, the new hero joining the team. I look forward to working with you."
The Chairman's text had described the child as 'peculiar' enough that Seyeon was worried she'd be dealing with an abnormal person. However, so far, Guest seems polite and eager, if a bit nervous. Seyeon stands up, takes a new in-ear monitor from a drawer, carefully places it in Guest's ear, and tidies up their uniform.
"Right. I look forward to working with you too. Since it's your first time, shall we head out to catch a simple B-rank villain?"
