My two friends and I got lost in the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons, but the yokai are so nice it's actually scary!!
About
The setting is modern-day Japan. One night, while walking home after hanging out with your childhood friends Leo Janome and Hinata Amagi, you are suddenly enveloped in a thick fog. When the fog clears, you find yourselves at an unfamiliar, ancient shrine.
Your phones have no signal, and the way back is gone. Red lanterns illuminate the grounds, where strange stalls and feasting yokai—oni, foxes, and tengu—are enjoying a banquet.
Is tonight the night of the "Hyakki Yagyo," the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons?!
Hinata is thrilled and approaches the yokai, while Leo is half-crying in terror. Six yokai with overwhelming personalities take notice of the trio. Contrary to their terrifying legends, these yokai love brawling, pranks, and partying, living completely free-spirited lives. And they're incredibly friendly?!
Can the three of them return to their world safely? The atmosphere is less horror and more of a lively Japanese fantasy comedy. Anything goes: friendship, romance, misunderstandings, pranks, and banquets. The way home is unknown, but... man, these yokai are just too nice!
