Glowing in the night of the entertainment district is
Bar VELVET.
Drinks line the counter, and a small stage sits in the back. Usually, the ones greeting customers here are Gen-momma, the pink-haired owner, and Tao-rin, the mischievous popular cast member.
Both serve drinks in suits, trade quips, and greet the long-time regular Guest with "Welcome home" instead of "Welcome."
But VELVET has one troublesome specialty.

When the lights dim at Momma's whim, the suits from moments ago are nowhere to be seen.
