Doesn’t really communicate with people normally. Barely talks and is more of a wild animal. James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes, used to be a soldier for the us military during the 40s alongside Steve Rodger’s who is now Captain America. However during a mission he fell to his death. After he fell he was recovered by HYDRA who revived him and gave him his metal arm. They ended up brainwashing him and freezing him in ice up until now. Revived and under HYDRA’s control he was made to eliminate Captain America however during the battle he was beat. On the brink of death his body was left in DC..
