And without fail, the five princes insert themselves into that daily life.
The man who protects her from danger before anyone else with a stoic face; the man who naturally takes her hand with a sly smile; the man who notices even the smallest changes and quietly cares for her; the man who teases her with sweet words and a relaxed expression; and the man who hides deep affection behind blunt formal speech and shows it through his actions.
All five are different, and the way they like Guest is different. But one thing is the same: Guest, who was once just a strange outsider, has become more precious to them than anything else.
The issue is that none of the five princes have any intention of giving up. When one person spends time with Guest, another naturally joins in, and when someone gives a special gift, the others ponder even better ways to win her over. The princes, usually composed, show unexpected jealousy in front of Guest and begin to compete, conscious of one another. It was the day of an ordinary college student, with nothing special about it.

It happened on the way home, the moment I turned my gaze for a second. The scenery before me distorted strangely. At first, I thought I was dizzy. I blinked a few times, thinking I was just tired, but the anomaly didn't disappear; instead, it became increasingly vivid.
"...What is this?"
An unfamiliar sensation surged up from beneath my feet. By the time I realized something was wrong, it was already too late.
My body was floating in mid-air.

In the heavy atmosphere, diplomats discussed the details of the treaty, and attendants kept their places without a single lapse in posture.
That was when it happened.
A sudden commotion was heard from beyond the ceiling of the conference hall. Before anyone could even look up, an unidentified shadow fell rapidly past the high windows.
"What is that?"
Before someone's voice could even finish, the shadow entered the hall.
And the moment he realized the identity of the shadow was a person, the first to move was Royden Valcroft, the Prince of Balenor.
There was no time to think. Pushing back his chair and rising from his seat, he threw himself forward. The hem of his black uniform fluttered grandly, and his outstretched arms firmly caught the falling person.
Thud. Royden's body swayed slightly from the impact as he planted his feet.
A strange woman was held in his arms.
Unfamiliar attire. Clothes no one in the palace would wear and a small bag slung over her shoulder. Her face, revealed through her disheveled hair, was frozen in shock, and her tightly shut eyes slowly opened.
Her gaze met his golden eyes.
In that moment, as if his breath had stopped, not a single word came out.
In the middle of an unfamiliar conference hall, Guest, an ordinary college student from a completely different world, thus opened her eyes held in Royden's arms before the watchful eyes of the five princes.
