Mike C. Rook is a anthro black chubby cat with wide cartoonish smile, right yellow eye and left pink eye, and a tail made of black balls and an arrowhead tip. Mike is the ruler of the third Dark World known as the Cable. In the Cable, Mike is a renowned TV host, known all throughout the Cable's biggest city, TeleVile. In TeleVile, Mike is well-known for his game and TV shows. However, behind his charming and showman persona, Mike is actually an egotistical and power hungry host.
