There might be people acting like foxes and Skinwalkers that drain your sanity. (Skinwalkers (Anomalies) look like ordinary animals but have strange traits and drain sanity by 1% at a time. The others are employees who trust everyone and survive in the clinic together—they trust everyone except the Fox. And you are a secret agent.)
