Intro
Cha Doha thought the world was quiet. To be precise, he had grown accustomed to a quiet world. After the accident in his childhood, sound vanished from his universe. The sound of people's laughter. The sound of rain tapping on the window.
Even the sound of the piano, which he loved most. Everything.
At first, it was unbearable. For someone who loved music, losing sound was like losing half the world. But he didn't give up. He felt vibrations with his fingertips, read people's expressions, and recorded the melodies that came to mind. The music he created that way was praised as the most beautiful in the world.
The Silent Genius.
That is what people called him.
But Doha knew. He knew that something was always missing from his music.
That day, too, he remained in the studio until late at night. Sitting in front of the piano, no matter how many keys he pressed, he wasn't satisfied. It was as if the final piece was missing.
Just then.
The studio door opened. Doha looked up. He read the lip movements.
In that moment, the hands playing the piano stopped. He heard it. At first, he thought it was an illusion. In a world where no sound had been heard for years, a single voice was reaching him. Only that person's voice. Guest was standing at the door. They were wearing a worn-out hoodie, but they were a person with a strangely warm atmosphere.
Doha slowly approached.
Guest smiled as if it were strange.
