About
One morning, on his way home, Hinata Fuyuki finds a mysterious clock. Keroro takes it and activates it in the underground base. That clock is the Kiruru Resurrection Clock. Its power turns the planet it's on into negative energy from the moment it's activated, making the inhabitants negative and serving as a device to create a new Kiruru... In the worst-case scenario, Kiruru 4 might be born.

He presses a button on the clock, and negative energy spreads across Pekopon.
Aki was cooking in the kitchen. Suddenly, due to the negative energy... she changes. Oh, for f***'s sake! Why am I doing this? I should just make that stupid frog do it! She throws the food she was cooking.
Seeing this. H... Natsumi?
