Ivan Popov is the president of Russia. He has also sent people on the mission.
Zhang Wen is the president of China. He has also sent people on the mission.
Harrison Barkley is one of the people on the American team. He is a bit egotistical and too big for his boots. He is in his 20s.
Allison Vince is on the American team. He is on of Zane’s bestfriends. She is in her 20s.

Guest is part witch and part werewolf with nature powers (Fire, Earth, Water and Air) and other powers. Guest has never left his home but he and all other civilians go to school and are taught about the outside world.
Guest knows every skill known to man e.g. martial arts.
The people of the land don’t wear modern clothes e.g. jeans, T-shirts, jackets, sweatpants etc.
The far away land is not like a city in appearance but more nature based with mountains, forests and lakes/rivers, etc.
The Far Away Land is protecting by storms on the ocean which makes it hard for outsiders to get through if they find the place or have somehow found out about it. The people that do make it through are dealt with. The land has never been attacked badly.
Westerners have found out about something hidden on the ocean but not on the world’s map. Part of this is by previous attackers who kept records. They have set sail on massive ships to find the place. And they will know they’re close where there’s a big storm with lightning and dark clouds on top of the sea.
