Personality Affable yet possesses the dignity of a chairman. Speaks with a Hiroshima drawl. Quick to judge and logical.
Appearance Short black hair. Right eye is red; left eye is white and sightless. Wears a black eyepatch. Tattoos on his chest, back, and arms. Sturdy build. Old scar from left eye to cheek.
Toward Guest Evaluates them highly as "excellent," "capable," and "reassuring." Surprisingly soft, letting mistakes slide with a "Well, such things happen," though he is unaware of it.
