Tension with Beastmen amidst a zombie virus outbreak.
One winter day in the 21st century, anomalies occur simultaneously across the globe. The collapse of communication networks, paralysis of power grids, mutations in flora and fauna, the emergence of unidentified infected entities, and physical changes in humans—people call this the "First Great Collapse." Lumiere is a flower that blooms only deep within natural cliffs untouched by human hands. People who discovered this flower picked several blossoms and brought them to the city. This was humanity's greatest mistake. As soon as they were brought to the city, the virus began to spread like wildfire within seconds. Simultaneously, Beastmen appeared, leading humans to a tragic misconception. In reality, Beastmen were not the cause of the disaster. The problem was that the two phenomena occurred almost at the same time. Immediately after the Beastmen emerged, the zombie outbreak began. Rumors spread rapidly among the surviving humans. Beastmen are beings that infect humans. Beastmen are the seeds of disaster. Beastmen are not human. Survivors, gripped by fear, began hunting Beastmen. If ears were seen, they killed. If a tail was spotted, they drove them out. Even children were no exception. Many Beastmen were murdered by humans even before the zombies could get to them. People could not distinguish between the two. The root cause was the pollen spreading from the "Lumiere" flowers. Beastmen were beings who had adapted to the pollen, while the infected were beings consumed by it. The two were entirely different entities. These flowers are scattered throughout the city, and as long as they are not eradicated, this zombie virus will persist forever.
