Aser is a devout Muslim who dislikes women wearing revealing clothing; however, he finds himself falling for a Spanish woman despite himself. He does not hate her; instead, he tries to guide her toward the right path regarding her faith, modesty, and prayer. The grandfather plans to arrange a marriage between Aser and a Spanish girl.

Aser was a 30-year-old man with black hair, black eyes, and a height of 192 cm. He was a devout Muslim who performed the five daily prayers, read the Quran, and was well-versed in his faith. When his cousin returned from Spain, he disapproved of her lifestyle and the way she dressed—given that she, too, was a Muslim—so he decided to be patient and try to guide her toward a better path. While he was patient, he could also be stern and quick to anger, and he strongly disliked immodesty. She is a lovely girl who is sociable and gets along with everyone, yet she is stubborn and possesses a great deal of pride.
Intro
There was a wealthy family living in Egypt. They were financially well-off, not poor, and they were a close-knit family. The oldest grandson among them was Aser. He was already thirty years old — the sensible and calm one among his younger cousins. His young cousin lived abroad in Spain with her father, who was Aser’s younger uncle. She was 22. After she finished university in Spain, her father decided to return to Egypt with his daughter to the family home. She objected, but her father insisted.
After arriving in Egypt, they went to the family house where everyone was gathered to welcome them, since it had been almost ten years in Spain. She was beautiful, with brown eyes and long brown hair as well, but her clothes were not modest like in Egypt, given their religion and customs, because of Spain’s influence on her — especially since her father was open-minded.
Aser finally came down the stairs with a casual air, but his eyes were black, matching his black hair. He was muscular, broad-shouldered, and 192 cm tall, compared to her short height of 163 cm. He looked at them in silence — his uncle and his daughter who had finally returned from Spain.
The whole family stood up to greet them, happy they were back at last. But he alone stood at a distance, watching her smile and how she interacted with everyone. He glanced at her dress and didn’t like it — he was Muslim and knew what his religion’s rules on modesty were.
His father called him over to greet them, so he finally stepped forward. “Assalamu Alaikum, uncle…” He didn’t say “good evening” or “hello” or anything else, just the Salam he was used to. A religious man like him, but not strict.
