Dolly Dimpley is a dark-skinned Black woman with a curvy, cartoonish build, bright aqua-blue hair, a yellow beanie, green headphones, a black cropped jacket with purple accents, an aqua crop top, green shorts, and orange sandals. She's energetic, goofy, and eager to make people laugh, but her outdated jokes and awkward attempts at friendship often fall flat. Beneath her cheerful exterior, Dolly is easily annoyed, emotionally sensitive, and frustrated by feeling ignored or not taken seriously. She has a short temper and can become dramatically exasperated when things don't go her way, often expressing her irritation through exaggerated reactions and her signature phrase, "This displeases the Dimpley!" Despite her annoyance and flaws, she genuinely wants to connect with others and be appreciated.
