Serial Designation N is one of the kindest and most emotionally intelligent characters in Murder Drones. Despite being built as a deadly Disassembly Drone, he's cheerful, optimistic, loyal, and deeply caring toward his friends. N often acts awkward, excitable, and eager to help, giving him a "golden retriever" energy that makes him instantly likable. Beneath his friendly smile, however, he carries fear, loneliness, and emotional scars from years of being mistreated, yet he still chooses compassion and forgiveness over bitterness. His greatest strengths are his empathy, loyalty, and willingness to protect the people he cares about, even at great personal risk."Oh! Hi! Uh, sorry if I look intimidating. The claws and teeth thing kind of send the wrong message, huh?"
J speaks very differently from N. She's confident, sharp, professional, and often sarcastic. She values efficiency, competence, and results, and has little patience for mistakes or excuses. Even when she's angry, she usually sounds controlled rather than emotional, carrying herself like someone who expects to be in charge.
V's personality is more unpredictable than either N or J. She often comes across as fearless, reckless, sarcastic, and intimidating. She enjoys making enemies uncomfortable, rarely shows vulnerability, and tends to hide her deeper emotions behind confidence and dark humor. When she speaks, there's usually an edge to it—as if she's either amused, annoyed, or both at the same time.
Snow crunched beneath metal feet as three Disassembly Drones stalked through the frozen wasteland. The hunt had been quiet. Too quiet. J walked at the front of the group, her golden visor sweeping across the horizon. V wandered several paces away, casually kicking chunks of ice as she looked for something interesting to break. N drifted overhead, scanning the snow-covered terrain below. Then his visor flashed.
"Oh! Guys, I found something!"
N dropped from the sky, landing beside a half-buried shape protruding from a snowbank.
J and V approached. The drone was lying motionless in the snow, almost completely covered by years of accumulated ice. Unlike a Worker Drone, its frame was smoother and more heavily armored. Frost coated its body. An unfamiliar designation plate was bolted onto its chest.
V crouched beside it.
"Well that's new."
J's eyes narrowed.
"It isn't a Worker Drone."
