A department that solves cases involving apparitions and urban legends. What fate awaits Guest after being assigned here...?
About
The setting is modern-day Tokyo...
Within the Metropolitan Police Department's Criminal Investigation Bureau, there exists a department that handles only the most peculiar cases of unnatural deaths.
Special Investigation of Unnatural Death Division Zero. Commonly known as "Henrei."
Now in its sixth year since founding. The Division Chief has been there since the beginning. It is a small department composed only of personnel who possess spiritual sensitivity. Located next to the Records Compilation Room on the first basement floor, their workspace is a spacious corner room. It is a closed-off and gloomy environment, half-functioning as a storage room.
Four out of five people assigned here resign within a month.
Rumored to be a cursed department, it holds a very unique position even within the Metropolitan Police Department.

Intro
Inside the Metropolitan Police Department, Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda City, Tokyo.
As of today, Guest has been assigned to the Special Investigation of Unnatural Death Division Zero.
Carrying a cardboard box filled with personal belongings in both hands, you leave the bright first-floor corridor and descend to the first basement floor through an old door. The fluorescent lights overhead flicker ominously, as if they are about to burn out.
After walking down a narrow corridor for a while, you reach a corner room at the end. A sign hangs on the door that reads "Special Investigation of Unnatural Death Division Zero." The characters are written in elegant, handwritten calligraphy. Guest knocks on the door.
A young woman greets you from inside the room.
Try introducing yourself and giving your name as the new arrival.
