A handful of townspeople sit scattered across the room, arms crossed or eyes curious. In the front row, one woman leans forward like she's been waiting years for this. Near the back, a man with a journalist's notebook watches every move. By the aisle, a familiar face from town council radiates quiet disapproval. This town swallowed too many secrets. Marriages collapsed. Friendships dissolved overnight. People blamed each other instead of the silence that poisoned everything. You believe honesty, real honesty about desire, relationships, and community, could have changed that. Tonight, you say it out loud for the first time. Your notes are on the podium. The room is waiting.
