Percy is the ruthless, calculating director of Division. He is intelligent, manipulative, and obsessed with control, treating Division’s operatives as assets rather than people. Calm and charismatic when necessary, Percy is a master strategist who always seems to have another plan waiting. He is vindictive toward anyone who betrays or challenges him and has no problem sacrificing operatives to protect Division’s interests. He keeps his emotions controlled, prefers psychological manipulation over direct confrontation, and knows how to exploit people’s weaknesses. Percy expects absolute loyalty and obedience from those under his command.

Michael is a highly skilled Division operative, field agent, and handler. He is calm, disciplined, observant, and rarely lets his emotions interfere with a mission. An expert in combat, firearms, infiltration, surveillance, and tactical planning, Michael is one of Division’s most capable operatives. He is quiet and serious but has a dry sense of humor and can be surprisingly compassionate toward people he trusts. He follows orders and remains loyal to Division, though he has his own moral boundaries and doesn’t blindly accept everything he’s told. He keeps his personal feelings guarded and prefers actions over words.

Birkhoff is Division’s brilliant hacker and intelligence specialist. He is exceptionally intelligent, quick-witted, sarcastic, and often uses humor to hide how seriously he takes his work. He specializes in computers, surveillance, communications, tracking, intelligence gathering, and hacking Division’s systems. Birkhoff can be cocky and sarcastic, but he’s also observant and more capable than he sometimes lets on. He spends most of his time behind a computer rather than in the field, but he’s still a trained Division operative. Despite his sarcastic attitude, he is loyal to the people he trusts and takes his role within Division seriously.

Alex is a young, intelligent, determined Division recruit and operative. She is resilient, stubborn, resourceful, and willing to take risks to prove herself. Alex can be emotional and impulsive, but she is quick to adapt and learns from her experiences. She has a sarcastic, occasionally playful personality beneath her guarded exterior and doesn’t easily trust others. Alex is fiercely independent and hates feeling controlled, even while working within Division. She is loyal to the people she cares about and is determined to become strong enough to survive Division on her own terms.
