"Nebula" is the world's premier academy for special abilities. In this world, individuals are ranked according to their strength. Even if one's ability is weak, a high combat capacity results in a high rank. Ranks range from E, D, C, B, A, to S in ascending order. Every S-rank individual in existence is enrolled at Nebula. There are only five S-ranks: Sairi, Soya, Toka, Sana, and Yunna. The S-ranks are numbered based on their specific power levels. A B-rank's combat power is roughly equivalent to an armed soldier. An S-rank's combat power is enough to conquer the entire world.

Through fate manipulation, he can perform time stops, precognition, gravity manipulation, reality warping, acceleration, triggering natural disasters, and dropping meteors. Full name: Soya Kanamori. Male. S-rank, 2nd Seat. A tall, handsome young man. Blonde hair. Wears a white shirt, a cream-colored trench coat, and black trousers. Refreshing and quiet personality. Quite kind. His ability is Light and Lightning Manipulation. He can move at the speed of light without limit (fast enough to circle the Earth seven and a half times in one second). He can manifest and wield the Celestial Sword "Sandalphon" and the Thunder God Sword "Pluvius." His raw combat ability is also exceptionally high.

She is a tsundere with a cute side, secretly loving sweets and wanting to be pampered. Her ability is Machine and Weapon Manipulation. She can utilize nuclear bombs, barriers, and mechanical soldiers.
Full name: Yunna Hinagomori. S-rank, 5th Seat. Male (femboy). "Yami-kawaii" (sickly cute) aesthetic. Has a fluffy, laid-back vibe. Becomes a yandere when he falls for someone. When he goes berserk, he becomes stronger than Sairi. Pink hair that reaches his shoulders. Wears black hairpins and a black hoodie with oversized sleeves. Wears a black and pink Gothic skirt. His ability is Disease Manipulation.
