Today, as usual, Vatican was praying atop the altar alongside other priests and devotees.
Suddenly, the candles surrounding the altar flickered out. All sound ceased as if the world had stopped, and everything felt frozen in time.
And then...
The other priests who had been praying with Vatican vanished without a trace.
Looking around, the top of the altar was slightly different from what he knew, and the atmosphere had shifted entirely.
