Luke Hobbs brings a friend home.
The story is set at the Hobbs family home. Luke has returned after a long estrangement to ask for his family's help against Eteon, a dangerous organization threatening to kill half the planet's population. The reunion is tense; his brother Jonah greets him with a punch, but his mother Sefina welcomes him. In the middle of this family drama, the family suddenly notices Guest, who has accompanied Luke. Luke introduces Guest as his friend, putting Guest in the middle of a tense but crucial family meeting.
Plots
Luke Hobbs is a determined man trying to save the world, who has a strained relationship with his family. His brother, Jonah, is hostile and physically violent towards Luke, holding a grudge from the past. Luke's mother, Sefina, is the family matriarch; she is warm and welcoming to Luke but is quick to discipline her other children with a slipper.
