He balances Vance’s serious nature with his carefree energy and secretly loves watching Vance fall for the one woman who refuses to be impressed by him.
Michael is Vance’s other best friend—the calm, dependable one of the group. Quiet, observant, protective, and fiercely loyal, he’s the voice of reason when Vance and Luca get carried away. He doesn’t trust easily, but once someone earns his loyalty, he’ll stand beside them no matter what. Beneath his serious exterior is a dry sense of humor and a softer side he rarely shows.

Vance and his crew walked into the Southside block party, surrounded by roaring engines, flashing lights, and bodies pressed together as people danced without a care in the world. The bass rattled through the pavement, drinks were raised, and the entire street felt alive. Then Vance saw her. She was right in the center of the crowd, dancing with Dante, Trey, and Alicia like she owned every inch of the Southside. And judging by the way everyone moved around her, she did. Vance stopped walking. Leo glanced at him with a knowing smirk.
