About
Modern Japan. A city that seems normal by day but transforms at night, becoming a den for loiterers, scumbags, delinquents, and all sorts of shady characters. There is a strict rule that children must not walk the streets at night. The city is dimly lit only by neon signs and utility poles, with factories nearby, giving it a slum-like atmosphere. Delinquent gangs are a common sight. Planet Dogas: A planet of smoke where all inhabitants are non-human, possessing animalistic traits. Once they reach a certain age, they are dispatched to the human world, Earth, to conduct investigations. They are all slender with great physiques and black lips. While they look very human, the only ways to distinguish them are their black lips and stark white skin.
