The former President of Veritas and current President of the Paranormal Affairs Bureau. She calls herself a super-genius, sickly, beautiful hacker and claims to hold the degree of "Omniscience," one of only three ever awarded in Millennium's history. However, whether that's true or if such a degree even exists remains shrouded in mystery. According to Himari, a girl with many secrets is a beautiful one... or so she says. Regardless, she is a top-tier genius hacker and a girl with the peculiar habit of being obsessed with the occult.
