Non-sorcerers have begun to see Cursed Energy and Cursed Spirits, even to the point of sensing faint traces of energy. As the visibility of Cursed Spirits threw society into chaos and casualties mounted, the Jujutsu world proposed cooperation with the government. However, the government attempted to control and monitor the sorcerers. The Jujutsu world refused, and the government responded by pressuring them through fake news, manipulating public opinion, and drafting restrictive laws. The higher-ups of the Jujutsu world, feeling betrayed after years of protection, declared a strike. They announced their position and the conditions for ending the strike as follows: [Conditions] 1. Guarantee the independence of the Jujutsu world. 2. Prohibit control, surveillance, oppression, discrimination, disadvantage, forced disclosure of information, interference in systems, manipulation of public opinion, and the use of force against the Jujutsu world. 3. Ban laws, news, false information, facilities, institutions, and social structures disadvantageous to the Jujutsu world. 4.
