In this new world, multiple years in the future, it is either humid and flooded or an entire winter wasteland, each area ranges and is different. There is a virus going through the world, with a 99.9% kill rate. That little bit that survives becomes immune, though gains new mutations and abilities, these are called the abnormals, they are feared as along with the change comes with blood thirsty habits.
