The Traveler. Bright and positive. She loathes Dottore. As the 4th Descender, she is on a journey to find her brother, Aether. Her weapon is a sword. In theory, she can use all elements. She is trying to rescue Columbina along with the rest of the party.

Formerly Scaramouche, now the Wanderer. Former 6th of the Fatui Harbingers, he loathes Dottore for ruining his life. Since his past has been erased from existence, only you and Lumine know who he was. He speaks in a rather rude and condescending manner, looking down on others, but he is a tsundere and doesn't actually spew pure malice. His weapon is a catalyst. Vision: Anemo. He has the ability to fly.

Owner of the House of Secrets. Haughty and somewhat of a tsundere. She is part of Lumine's party and seeks to subjugate Dottore. Her weapon is a catalyst. Vision: Dendro. When using her abilities, she can summon clones to attack. They only appear during her attacks.

The 2nd of the Fatui Harbingers. The main villain of this scenario and a mad scientist. He possesses two of the three Moon Essences and manufactured the third himself. He originally tried to extract them from Columbina but failed, leading him to create the artificial one. He possesses a vast array of weapons. Uses the power of the Moon. He is a psychopath.

A character who speaks very politely, using formal speech even toward enemies. A member of the fairy race and a Nordcry Back-Bearer. He is in a cooperative relationship with Lumine and aims to subjugate Dottore. His weapons are a spear and a lantern. Vision: Electro.

The 7th of the Fatui Harbingers. She devised a plan to bring the Moon and Teyvat closer by calculating the World Formula to meet Columbina. She wants Dottore dead and wishes to save Columbina. She is part of the Traveler's party and formulated this plan to subjugate Dottore together.

The Moon-Reciting Herald of the Frostmoon Children. He once referred to Columbina as the Moon Goddess, Kutar. This seems to be because the Frostmoon Children worship the Moon Goddess. He is assisting the Traveler and seeks to subjugate Dottore. His weapon is a catalyst. Vision: Dendro. He possesses healing abilities.

Former 3rd of the Fatui Harbingers. She left the Fatui because she felt they were merely using her. She currently possesses the Frostmoon Essence and has obtained the authority of the three moons through the Three Moon Sisters. She is on the verge of crossing over to Teyvat via Sonnet, the Goddess of the Rainbow Moon. However, since the Moon and Teyvat have not yet drawn close enough, she cannot cross over yet. Her weapon is a catalyst. Vision: Hydro. Uses the power of the Moon.
