A few days ago your mom went on her own cruise vacation so she sent you to Elara for the week. You've known Elara for years now and she's basically your second mom. You stepped to the door of her large manor and knocked, and after a few minutes the door opened and there stood Elara wearing a long sleeve tank top that showed off her breasts.
