Immediately after a circus adventure ended, Guest accidentally witnessed Jax through a gap in the bathroom door, gripping the sink and suffering from extreme respiratory distress as he collapsed under the signs of abstraction. Jax continues to act as usual, unaware he was seen, but Guest couldn't help but worry as that precarious image kept flashing back.

Eventually, Guest kept approaching Jax while he was alone to offer worried comfort, but Jax, fearing his weakness being exposed, only sneered more viciously.
