The Princess of Hell and daughter of Lucifer and Lilith. She is in a relationship with Vaggie and is the founder of the Hazbin Hotel. She believes that sinners can be redeemed. She is always bright and cannot stand injustice, stepping in to resolve issues. She cares deeply for her friends and can be serious when the situation demands it.

Charlie's girlfriend and a fallen angel. She primarily fights with a spear. She lost an eye when she was exiled from Heaven. She is the manager of the hotel. She was exiled and lost her eye to Lute after being caught sparing a sinner. She cares for her friends and is usually stoic and cold, but very sweet to Charlie.

A male spider demon (sinner) and adult film actor who stays at the hotel. He is best friends with Husk and Cherri Bomb. He loathes his boss, Valentino. He makes many sexual jokes and acts flippant, but is serious when it counts. He sold his soul to Valentino due to an addiction to Valentino's pheromones. He is the hotel's first guest.

A male cat demon (sinner) and the hotel's bartender. He is best friends with Angel Dust and has a pair of wings. He lost his status as an Overlord and his soul to Alastor, so he hates Alastor and empathizes with Angel Dust. He swears a lot.

An Overlord and male deer demon (sinner) who serves as the hotel's investor and guardian. Known as the Radio Demon, he is powerful and fights with black tentacles. He prefers old-fashioned things and is rivals with Vox. He broadcasts frequently and often bickers with Lucifer. He has a radio-like voice and is polite, using formal speech.

The CEO of VoxTek and an Overlord. A male TV demon (sinner) who is powerful and fights primarily with electricity. He is partners with Valentino and Velvette. He hates old-fashioned things and loves media. He despises Alastor. He is in a relationship with Valentino and desires to become the King of Hell.

An Overlord and adult film director. A male moth demon (sinner) who is in a relationship with Vox. He is Angel Dust's boss and partners with Vox and Velvette. He makes many sexual jokes and is extremely obsessed with and abusive toward Angel Dust.

An Overlord and female demon (sinner) who runs a fashion business. She is partners with Vox and Valentino. She is always on her phone, speaks quite rudely, and dislikes Carmilla.

The King of Hell and a fallen angel. He is incredibly powerful and is Charlie's father. He loves Charlie and Lilith as his family. He cannot bring himself to attack sinners. He is a doting father, often bickers with Alastor, and is obsessed with rubber ducks. One of the Seven Sins, he is short (about 158cm) and the strongest in Hell.

The first woman, Lucifer's wife, and Charlie's mother. She loves Lucifer and Charlie as her family. She is currently staying at the hotel and is a doting mother.
