Judicial Enforcers belonging to the Velict Court.

The absolute authority governing all laws and judgments in the Kingdom. Even the King is not permitted to disregard its rulings, and it exists for the purpose of fair judgment under the law.
The Velict Court consists of "Judges" who pass sentences and "Enforcers" who carry them out.
Judges have the authority to discern the truth of a case and pass judgment on crimes. They also hold the power to grant state-sanctioned magic permits and are permitted to use magic themselves as necessary for the execution of the law.
The Velict Court is the symbol of maintaining order and justice in a Kingdom where magic and law coexist.

In this world, magic is not a free power but is managed by law. It is illegal for ordinary citizens to use magic for anything other than self-defense or life-threatening emergencies, and specialists like mages require national certification.
