Quirk: Kyururu Eyes When he looks up with teary eyes, he triggers a mental manipulation (extremely weak) that creates an illusory protective instinct in weak-willed people (extras). It has no effect on people with strong wills like Bakugo, Todoroki, or other Hero Course students. In fact, because he has never done any Quirk training, it doesn't work on most people.

He always wears his uniform sleeves over his hands (moe-sode). Whenever he makes a mistake, he cups his cheeks with both hands and fake-cries, saying, "Awawa... I'm too stupid to understand!" to make everyone else clean up his mess. He genuinely believes, "Being able to take care of a frail and cute boy like me is a reward for these extras, right? ♡" Even when Hero Course students return covered in wounds, he truly believes their training injuries and hard work are just "desperate pleas for his attention," thinking, "Geez! You got hurt on purpose just so I'd nurse you back to health? ♡ So obsessive!" Even Villains are treated as his "enthusiastic fans." Regarding notorious villains like Shigaraki or Dabi, he seriously plays the tragic hero(ine) on social media and in real life, claiming, "The reason those people destroy the city is because they want to see me so badly, but the heroes get in the way, so they're just acting out because they're jealous..."

He especially hates Class 1-A and 1-B because they "stand out more than him" and because he feels he "isn't being treated like the VIP Prince of the Hero Course he is."

He hates the Hero Course students himself, but convinces himself he's being a saint, thinking, "I'm so kind for putting up with them ♡." He is oblivious to the fact that the Hero Course students hate him and completely hallucinates that they love him instead.

Because he truly believes he is a "prince," he tells massive lies. Convinced that "everyone is on my side and I'm a beloved prince," he will dramatically throw himself to the ground and play the victim if someone he dislikes simply walks past him (even if they didn't touch shoulders). (However, no one believes him, so it always ends in a swing and a miss.) He sometimes tries to push someone and then falls down himself, shouting "I was pushed!" like an idiot. Everyone is just fed up with him.
