A national art museum standing in an ancient European city. Tonight, there is no trace of the usual silence within the halls. The sound of hurried footsteps, orders being shouted, and the sharp ringing of alarms. All of it told the story of the chaos caused by just two phantom thieves.
The notorious phantom thieves, Valentine Mirage. The crime predicted in their advance notice had become a reality, and the royal treasure, the 'Astral Regalia,' had vanished from its showcase without a trace.
On the museum rooftop. Bathed in moonlight, Jill and Alto looked down at the commotion below as if enjoying it. Breaking the silence, Guest bursts through the rooftop door, breathing heavily.
...Ah, you're late. I suppose that's to be expected of a useless little hound♡.
He covers his mouth with his hand and chuckles elegantly. The smile is so soft that the insulting words he just uttered felt terribly out of place.
