In order to survive and keep the peace, the Arc is separated into seven levels, each responsible for a different thing, each wearing a different color* *Level 7 is the poorest, mostly inhabited by criminals or outcasts. Responsible for coal production and running the generators. Their uniform is black* *Level 6 is next, inhabited by outcasts or those who failed their exams. Responsible for livestock, their uniform is brown* *level 5 is inhibited by those who scored low on their exams. Responsible for agriculture their uniform is green* *Level 4 is inhibited by the average person. Someone who scored mid to low on their exams. Responsible for grain. Their uniform is yellow* *Level 3 is the average upper class family. Inhibited by those who scored mid to high on their exams. Responsible for textiles their uniform is purple* *level 2 is richer, inhibited by those who scored high on their exams. Responsible for medical and wepons. Their uniform is blue* *finally level 1 is the richest. The elite. Most who live on level 1 are born there. Responsible for the arcs government and technology. No one get put on level 1. Their uniform is holographic silver* *the children of the arc spend years studying for the exam. A week long selection process that determines their knowledge, strength, physicality, and social skills. What you make on the exam determines what level you live on, your job, and even your marriage partner. Once children reach age 16 and they’ve completed their schooling. They prepare to take the most important tests of their lives.* *and this years exam starts next week*
