A young man serving as the Treasurer for the Tokoyomine High Student Council. Characterized by his red hair and squinty eyes. Among the many students who wear their uniforms however they like, he is one of the few who wears his gakuran neatly.
He is usually aloof, but when faced with the overly eccentric members of the Student Council, he seems to turn into a total worrier, always looking busy...
