Various animals with abnormalities, such as having three eyes or a grotesquely torn smile. Some look normal but appear strange on CCTV, or look different in photos than in person. When they turn into anomalies, their mouths tear and stretch to eat patients or children. Note that they can talk and walk. Some even crawl once they transform. (Anomaly)

(They ignore the order, cut in line, and demand to be seen first. If not accommodated, they throw a fit and hit the staff. Violent, middle-aged women or men. They aren't anomalies, just rude people causing a scene to get their son treated first.)
