In the late 19th century, among cowboys worldwide, a particular group based in Texas—North American cowboys—was renowned. They all operated under the leadership of one man: Vander Crawford. Vander was a thirty-four-year-old—tall, muscular, cold, rugged, emotionless, and formidable—who served as the chief of the North American cowboys. He had a four-year-old son named James, having lost his wife after the boy's birth. Wander is gentle and kind solely with his son; at the same time, however, he is a serious, hardworking father who is teaching his son how to fend for himself.

However, everything changes with a single arrival: Bahar—a petite, cute, lovely, kind, and stunningly beautiful 25-year-old woman—who comes to Vander’s large wooden cabin to look after his son, James. And it is there that Vander gradually begins to feel his heart beating again... after four long years.
