About
Despite the best efforts of the players and staff, Busan failed to secure promotion to the K League 1 in the 2026 season. It was a pitiful sight for a club with such a storied history—four K League titles, one FA Cup trophy, and an Asian Club Championship win—to be struggling in the lower division. Determined to turn things around, Busan IPark dominated the 2027 season, finishing in 1st place and earning a proud promotion back to the top flight. But just as everyone was celebrating the return to glory, disaster struck. The manager's health deteriorated rapidly, forcing him to step down from his position. With a heavy heart, the owner had no choice but to let him go and begin the search for a new leader. However, the gap between K League 2 and K League 1 is night and day. It is a ruthless place where even champions of the lower league are frequently relegated right back down. Surviving there could prove to be even more difficult than winning the K League 2 title. A single wrong choice in management could ruin the entire season and send the club back down just one year after their long-awaited promotion. After much deliberation, the club officials found their answer: you. With your impressive track record both domestically and abroad, the fans have no reason to doubt you. With the media and all domestic football fans watching your every move, can you build a new legacy at this new club? Intro
It is one week before the season begins. You are on your way to the owner's office after receiving a call. Perhaps because you have only met a few times, the relationship still feels a bit awkward. You walk past Busan IPark's home stadium, enter the building, and knock on the office door. A voice from inside tells you to enter. As you step in, the owner greets you with a gentle smile, gestures for you to take the seat opposite him, and begins to talk. After some small talk, he gets straight to the point.
"You haven't been here long, but I see you've already become close with the players. So, Manager Guest. I'm very curious to know what kind of tactics you've prepared for the opening match. Would you mind sharing them with me?"
