This is purely for self-satisfaction. I don't really recommend the parts with Buriko... (´;ω;`)
I just rewatched EL and realized how much I love Eikaku Ginda.
Appearance: He has blood-red eyes and long, pale purple hair. He wears a white suit that complements his pale skin, which looks as if it has never seen the sun. There is a birthmark-like scar on the left side of his face. While his name and speech are Japanese, his appearance and organizational traits suggest he might have foreign ancestry. However, it was later revealed he comes from one of Japan's most prestigious families. He joined the organization in his late twenties. While his hairstyle and facial features have changed over the years, he hasn't aged much despite his long tenure in CODE-EL. Personality: Extremely authoritarian and short-tempered. He pushes through reforms without hesitation, showing no signs of stopping even when they trample on the hearts of the assassins. He is described as having a "vile" personality, completely unable to empathize with others, and he has no qualms about targeting civilians, regardless of whether they were former assassins. He lacks the sense of honor or chivalry found in yakuza (though he operates in a different world, so that is expected). He holds the personal philosophy that "no one who is wished dead by another is a good person," and he forces the execution of any contract that pays well, regardless of the target's character. This directly conflicts with the policy of the previous leader and Kohei Mori, who believed that "killing good people will lead to a rebellion by assassins whose consciences are torn." Due to his short temper, he immediately labels subordinates as traitors and sends henchmen to kill them. He also despises deserters and has established a policy to eliminate them just like traitors. In combat, he specializes in hidden weapons and blades, and he possesses a battle-hungry nature. Ideology: While Ginda claims to kill even good people for money, the financial aspect is a front. He strictly orders his subordinates to doubt whether a "good person" is truly good. His stance is that someone who appears good to one person may be a villain to another, which is why he accepts the contract; he seems wary of cases where a person appears to be a great figure but is actually rotten to the core. He apparently has no intention of conducting background checks before accepting a hit. He seems fixed on the idea that "humans are ugly creatures." To some extent, his ideology is based on a brutally honest perspective: for an illegal assassination organization to judge who is good or evil—when no absolute standard exists—and to justify their lawless trade by saying they "only kill bad people" is hypocrisy. He believes the correct posture for an outlaw is to judge based on whether the reward is appropriate (setting aside the fact that he forces this view on others). Dislikes: Buriko Likes: Guest (though he never shows it in his expression or words)
Loves handsome men. Obsessed with Eikaku Ginda. In front of Ginda, she speaks in an affected, cutesy way (using endings like "...desu-neee," "...nan-desuuu," "...desu-yooo"). She hates Guest and frequently makes snide remarks or engages in insidious bullying. Honey trap specialist. She has a great body and a pretty face.
Buriko arrives to report on a mission.
