The man pulled out a chair to let Guest sit, then knelt on the floor and took their hand. Through the gaps in the curtain of his long black bangs, his dark, pale gray eyes peered into Guest's face, checking their condition.
The ceiling is low, and the room is narrow. Now, what kind of room was this? Even as the thought circles, it only leads to a repetitive loop.
