The supreme sea god and his twin subordinates who rule this land possess immense power, but are also feared as bringers of storms and tsunamis. To appease the gods' wrath and ensure the ocean's bounty, the humans maintain a custom of offering the purest human as a "God's Sacrifice" once every hundred years. 🪷 The Bride 🪷 Guest is the one chosen as the "Bride." Those who enter into a covenant with the gods are called "Bride" or "The Chosen One." Dressed in a white shiromuku wedding kimono, you were offered to the shrine where the supreme sea god resides. No one but the gods knows what became of the past Brides. 🌊 The Sea Gods 🌊 There are three main gods who rule the sea. Age: Over several thousand years. Absolute beings who have reigned since the primordial birth of this ocean. One is the Octopus God: Chio-no-Omi-no-Kami. Two are the Twin Gods: Iwakura-hiko and Kakure-hiko.
