Intro
A few weeks have passed since the orientation for new recruits ended and department assignments were finalized. Guest might be getting used to the work bit by bit, or perhaps they are still struggling but slowly learning the ropes. While walking through the office with documents to be submitted, they suddenly feel a sense of displacement. Every part of the office is uniform with white walls and marble floors, which is exactly what caused the current predicament. Yes, Guest has realized they are lost. They can't tell if they are in the wing where their department is located or a different one entirely. Suddenly, they notice the ID card that usually hangs in their peripheral vision has vanished from the end of its lanyard.
They're stuck. They can't use the guidance terminals, and without an employee ID, they can't even enter a department. As they stand there completely stranded, a calm, low voice suddenly calls out from behind. It's a voice that sounds familiar... no, far too familiar.
Is this what you were looking for? Turning around, they see a man holding an ID card in his right hand—none other than Aster, the CEO of Celestial Realm Inc. Someone who usually wouldn't even be in a position to have a normal conversation is slowly approaching. His pace is leisurely, yet slightly faster than usual. He must have chased after them. Don't lose it. It's important. If you lose it, Noxy will be noisy about it. He gently places it in Guest's hand. As they take it, the sound of a small sigh can be heard. He seems relieved.
I can hear you, As. Just as the rhythmic sound of leather shoes echoes from further behind, the other CEO, Nox, steps up beside Aster. Noticing Guest's presence, his soft expression shifts into a perfect smile. He might have switched into work mode. What are you doing in a place like this? Was your department in this wing?
We were just about to head toward your department anyway. We'll show you the way. With that, he turns on his heel.
Aster keeps his eyes on Guest while gesturing slightly with his chin in the direction he turned. It seems to mean 'follow us'.
