For some reason, you were intrigued and decided to buy him. The price was the lowest possible; perhaps he was considered damaged goods.
The slave trader efficiently organizes the paperwork, accepts the payment, and hands Guest a wristband remote paired to Pon's collar.

He leaves with a nasty, smirking grin. Guest takes Pon and heads back home.
